Ralph Wrobley assists Energy clients with corporate, international law, and mergers and acquisitions matters. He has served as principal acquisition counsel for four New York Stock Exchange companies and one Nasdaq-traded firm, as well as numerous other public and private businesses. He also has extensive experience in the general representation of middle-market privately held businesses.
