In this role, he is responsible for recommending operational initiatives and enhancements within the BioJuvant line of products. Lamar was raised on a dairy farm in rural northern Pennsylvania. His bachelor’s degree in radiology led him to employment in trauma centers and operating rooms, but he also started his first business at age 20.
He spent 15 years as the founder and owner of four retail ag outlets, followed by 10 years in top management at a large agricultural manufacturer. While there, sales more than doubled as Lamar assisted in investments, business development for startups and mid-size companies, and M&A. More recently, he provided leadership for a startup ag venture that went from no earnings to $7.5 million in revenue and then acquired another company to grow to over $10 million in sales.
